ABOUT ME

I’m Lizelle, a Reiki Master Practitioner, Energy Healer and the heart behind Hocoka.

My journey into energy healing began through a deeply emotional period in my own life. What initially felt like a time of upheaval ultimately opened a door to something I had never expected.

I discovered Energy Healing, but in many ways, I also discovered a part of myself.

As my connection to energy deepened, so did my intuitive awareness. I began experiencing and understanding energy in a completely different way, and what started as a deeply personal journey gradually became something I knew I wanted to share with others.

Healing work became the place where I felt most connected, present and purposeful.

Today, through Hocoka, I offer Reiki healing, chakra healing and alignment, aura cleansing and space clearing. My approach is intuitive, grounded and deeply personal. I don’t believe healing should feel intimidating, overly mystical or like you need to believe a particular thing for it to be meaningful.

Sometimes we simply know that something feels off.

We may feel emotionally heavy, disconnected from ourselves, exhausted, overwhelmed or stuck without really understanding why. At other times, life may look perfectly fine from the outside, yet something inside us is asking for attention.

That is where I believe energy work can be incredibly powerful.

For me, a healing session is about creating the space to become still enough to listen to what may be happening beneath the surface.

I don’t see my role as telling you what your path should be, predicting your future or giving you all the answers.

I see it as holding a space where you can reconnect with yourself, your energy and perhaps the parts of you that have become difficult to hear beneath the noise of everyday life.

And that intention is at the very heart of the name Hocoka.

Hocoka comes from the Lakota concept of the sacred centre, the space within the circle.

When I discovered its meaning, it felt deeply connected to what I wanted this space to represent.

A place where, for a little while, the outside world becomes quiet.

A place where you can release what feels heavy.

A place where you can reconnect, listen and simply be.

A place where healing is not about becoming someone new, but finding your way back to the person who was there all along.

My own journey led me here.

Now, it is my privilege to hold that space for others.

Welcome to Hocoka.

Come back to you.

Healing Happens in circles

Healing is rarely a straight line. We move through layers, returning to old places with new awareness, deeper understanding and different eyes.

The circle reminds us that returning does not mean going backwards. Each time we come around, we meet ourselves from a new place.

At Hocoka, the circle represents wholeness, connection and the sacred space we create for healing.

Sometimes healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you have always been.

Come back to you.
